Raiding made smart …

Welcome to guildevents.net
On this site You will find a highly advanced, yet simple to use, cross-game raid & event management system in which You can set up, join and manage all sorts of grouping or raiding events specific for your game - your server - your faction and your guild/alliance. The system takes care of all the maintenance involved in executing an event before, during and after.

It doesn’t matter if you are part of a guild/alliance or a single player looking for some action. If you are doing small or big events. This site offers it all and then some. But best of it all - It is completely free - No hidden fees, no adds, no surprises.

Players, Guilds and Alliances
You get started by creating your character(s) in the Event Signup System which enables you to sign up for events set up by other players, or you can create events yourself others can join.

Guilds can be created by an administrator and is from then maintained by the guild leader and/or any of the guild’s assigned co-administrators. Guild Association privileges can also be set up, allowing for two or more guilds to form an alliance enabling them to see and sign up for each others events.

Guild/Alliance events can be made public at any time in their signup phase, enabling them to be filled up with players from outside your guild/alliance, or they can be kept completely private and hidden from view if You simply wish to use this site as a management tool. You don’t need to involve yourself with the community if you don’t wish to.

Setting up events
Events can be specified to only accept sign up’s from players of a specific level or class. Limits can be set on the seats available at the archetype, class or subclass level (or whatever your game uses), as well can minimum requirements which allows for giving players of that specific class priority over others. This way you can still get in needed classes, even if all the available seats are already taken. This is done by bumping less needed players to queue based on their signup time, or their priority based on signup flags.

Signup flags can be assigned to players either by themselves, or by flag owners. If, on your event, you wish to only accept players with access to the desired zone/instance you can add this flag as mandatory to your event. Flags can also be optional with an implied priority modifier putting preference on players with certain abilities or achivements. Like guilds, Co-administrators can be assigned to maintain and assign Signup Flags to characters. Flags can be assigned on both account and character levels, as well as guild level.

Event Reports
During the event, a highly flexible reporting tool is available. Containing a copy of the Signup information including all the players, the queue and even the cancellations. You can use the Event Reports while forming up, marking presence as you go through the invites and tagging the No Show’s for later reprisal.

During the event you can register loot and purchases based on the built in items database. For EverQuest II you can even use two client side based programs to catch current looting parameters from your active logfile as well as extracting and uploading Item Pictures to the Item database. Registering loot and purchases has never been easier and faster done in real time which effectively allows for the players on your event to follow the progression live.

Event Reports allows for using any number of standard or specialized looting policies. An unlimited number of looting policies with each their set of limitations and specialties can be defined. This enables the ESS to deal with practically any applied system in existance, be it regular or Tiered DKP, Turn based ore Zero Sum Systems.

About the System
This system was originally developed for The Pub, an Everquest II community on the Mistmoore server, where it continues to do its service. It was initially based on a rewrite of phpRaid (a World of Warcraft raid management tool) but was since 100% rewritten and expanded upon to serve the needs of its users. In fact, all that’s left of the old phpRaid today is its excellent template.

Finally..
We sincerely hope that You will make good use of the Signup System and help spread the word in your online community. The system is constantly being worked and improved upon on by the development team, but we need your input to make it even better. We simply can’t all play all the different games we wish to support so we absolutely need your help to tell us what we did right and what we need to tweak or add to make this the best and most obvious place to go for your event management needs.

You may find our forums a valuable tool in getting started. Not only is this a good place to connect with other users of your community, but they also serve as base of support for the Event Signup System. You will find guides, video tutorials and a place to request new features as well as report that bug you just found.

If your game or your server is not here - feel free to post a request on the forums.

Left is only to say … enjoy !!
